Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 72 business hours of receipt. After you have placed an order, a sales representative will call to confirm your order. No orders will be shipped without confirmation. If your given phone number is not reachable, your order may be cancelled after 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your items within 30 days, we will cancel your order and receive a full refund in case you have made advance payment.

A street address is required for all deliveries.

Local shipping can take 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Pakistan (Note these are estimated times but can vary)

Our shoes come with 8 months repair guarantee.

There is no REFUND Policy, Items can only be exchanged.

We provide free size exchanges in case the shoes did not fit properly.

Item must be exchanged within 5 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt and used.

The exchanged items must be in original/saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.

In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 5 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction if the item is unused.

Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.

Note: If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice. The item will not be exchanged if there are scratches, cuts, dents on leather or worn, but will be repaired if possible and the claim has to be notified within 3 days of receiving the item.
